— 01 / Relocation

Moving day, planned before the truck shows up.

Apartments, houses, and small offices. We ask about stairs, elevators, parking, and the pieces you're worried about — then we load in an order that makes unloading fast.

What's included

Packing and unpacking

Boxes, paper, and tape included. Kitchens and glassware get wrapped by hand, and every box is labeled by room so unpacking isn't a scavenger hunt.

Furniture disassembly and reassembly

Beds, tables, and shelving come apart and go back together. Hardware is bagged and taped to the piece it belongs to.

Floor, doorway, and wall protection

Runners, door jamb pads, and blankets go down before the first item moves — the reason we arrive early.

Loading, transport, and placement

Tell us where things go and we put them there. No stacking everything in the living room for you to sort out later.

Itemized inventory on request

Useful for landlords, insurance, and long-distance handoffs. Ask when you book and we track every item as it loads.

Movers carrying padded furniture and labeled boxes out of a home
What we anticipate
  • Elevator reservations and loading-dock windows
  • Tight stairwells and doors that need removing
  • A move-out clean the same week you hand over keys
  • Trash, donations, and the items that aren't coming

How we price it

Every move is quoted as one fixed price in writing before the day, based on the four things below. No hourly meter, no fuel surprises, no charge for the wrapping and blankets. If we open a closet and the job is genuinely bigger than described, we tell you the new number and you approve it before we keep going.

Size of the home

Studio, one bedroom, three bedrooms, or a small office — the number of rooms and large furniture pieces sets the crew size and truck.

Access at both ends

Stairs, elevators, long carries from the curb, and parking permits all add time. We ask about them up front so the price doesn't move later.

Packing you want us to do

Nothing, kitchen and fragiles only, or the whole house. Packing is the biggest single lever on your price.

Distance and bundling

Local Bay Area moves are priced by route; statewide delivery is quoted separately. Adding a move-out clean or repairs to the same visit costs less than a second booking.

Common questions

How is the price set?

We quote a fixed price from your request details before the day. If something changes on site, we tell you before we touch it.

Do you bring the truck and supplies?

Yes — truck, dollies, blankets, straps, and packing materials come staged for your specific job.

Can you clean after the move?

That's the most common bundle we do. One crew, one visit, one price — cheaper than booking two companies.

How far ahead should I book?

A week is comfortable, but call us — 707-621-4774 — for short-notice moves and we'll tell you honestly what's open.
